Repossi offers a complimentary return service for all orders placed within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry remains in its original condition with the security seal intact. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging including the authenticity certificate and any provided documentation.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and secure it within the shipping carton, ensuring the authenticity certificate is included.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package and contact our courier partner to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience.
Quality Control & Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
